Tax Ninja Inc. is a family owned and operated business composed of founder and original ninja Matthew Whatley, our ninja office manager Susan Barron, and Ellen Craig Cyr (Matt’s ninja mother). Tax Ninja is a corporation duly registered with the Secretary of State of California.
